Formosa oolong

Formosa is the former name of Taiwan. Oolong tea is semi-oxidized tea which is therefore neither black nor green. Due to its low caffeine content, the tea does not become bitter and can be drunk throughout the day. A beautiful leaf tea with a fruity, refined taste.
When making oolong tea, the oxidation process is stopped in the middle at about 20%-80% depending on the variety. This makes oolong tea the most diverse tea in terms of smell and taste, and there is a lot of variation to make.
