In the central highlands of Guatemala grow one of the very best coffees. One pure and full-flavoured coffee variety is Maragogype Gygante. Taste and flavour is characterized as crusty, full, royal, very soft. The bean is the largest in the world and has a low content of cafein. The roasting is light, so this coffee is very stomac-friendly.
